The Knesset plenum began its debate on the proposed dissolution of the Twenty-first Knesset, 5769 - 2019, for the second and third reading of MK Miki Zohar (Likud).
MK Zohar presented the law and said, "We prepared ourselves for this situation for lack of choice, in hopes that there'll still be a change and a way to form a government will be found, but things aren't as simple, as you know. I cannot say that I'm satisfied; I'm very frustrated and disappointed by the situation forced upon us."
