Resident of Ar'ara suspected of possessing illegal weapons

The police have detained a 43-year-old resident of the northern Israeli-Arab town of Ar'ara on suspicion of possessing illegal Uzi and Carlo-type automatic weapons.

The police uncovered the arms in a search next to the suspect's home.
