Deputy Health Minister Yaakov Litzman has told Channel 12 News, "It is very interesting that excess billions [of shekels] have been found for new elections, whereas when I demand such budgets for health, there is no money."
He stressed, "If there is excess money for elections, the health system comes first and I do not intend to give up on this issue."
