Israel Railways has returned 19 daily trains to the Haifa-Tel Aviv line since Sunday.

As a result, occupancy measured at the Haifa, Binyamina and Hadera stations, which are characterized by high loads, showed 103-percent occupancy during the peak hours in the morning, compared to 123 percent before the trains were returned. Evening measurements at Tel Aviv's Shalom, Mercaz-Savidor and University stations showed 66 percent occupancy, compared with 75 percent before the service was returned.
