Professor Aharon Razin of the Faculty of Medicine of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a prominent biochemist researcher in Israel and around the world, has died at the age of 84.
Prof. Razin was awarded the Israel Prize for biochemistry in 2004 and Wolf Prize for Medicine in the 2008. His funeral took place this morning with the participation of family members, friends and acquaintances. He is survived by a wife, two children and three grandchildren.
