The PA newspaper Al-Quds reports that Israel is delaying the implementation of the understandings with Hamas, and that this week is critical in order to understand its seriousness regarding the arrangement.
PA sources told the newspaper that despite Israel's commitment yesterday to allow the entry of three dual-use items into the Gaza Strip that have not been permitted so far, this has not happened.
