The Southern District Attorney's Office today filed an indictment in the Ashkelon Magistrate's Court for negligent manslaughter against Yitzhak Ben Hamu, who employed workers at heghts in contravention of labor safety regulations. One of them, Daher Abu Zelta, fell and was killed.
