During the year 2018 there was an increase in sexual violence against youth, according to the annual report of the Elem Organization, presented this morning to President Reuven Rivlin.
According to the data, 80% of the youth that the organization handled over the past year experienced sexual violence. About a quarter of the youth who applied to the association use drugs.
