MK Miki Zohar (Likud) responded on Thursday to criticism by retired judges Dorit Beinisch and Elyakim Rubinstein against Zohar’s initiatives involving the legal system.
"Justice Dorit Beinisch and Justice Elyakim Rubinstein, who chose to attack me today, forgot to explain to the public why the right has become a majority dominated by a minority of the left under the auspices of the Supreme Court," Zohar said.
"I intend to continue to tell the public the truth without fear, so that we will succeed in restoring the power to the people. They must understand that preserving the power and status of the Supreme Court does not obligate us to grant it unlimited power," added the MK.
