The Finance Committee of the Jerusalem Municipality approved the construction of 72 long-term rental units in the center of the city, a short walk from the Mahane Yehuda market.
Next week, at the upcoming council meeting, the Jerusalem City Council is expected to approve the Mazya project for young people, which includes 72 rental units for a lease period of 49 years with an option for another 49 years.
