Ron Malka, Israel's Ambassador to India, has congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his apparent victory in this week's elections.
Writing on Twitter, Doctor Malka said, "I am delighted to have five more years to work together and strengthen our friendship and growing partnership."
