The Central District Court has accepted the position of the State Prosecutor's Office and rejected the appeal of defendant Eliav Mualem, who was convicted of numerous counts of incitement to violence and incitement to racism against Arabs and sentenced to six months in prison.
The indictment was submitted with the approval of the Attorney General, as required by law, in view of the nature of the offenses that relate to freedom of expression.
