Communications Minister Ayoub Kara says that he is certain that he will be part of the next government, despite the fact that he was not re-elected to the Knesset.
Interviewed by Israeli public radio, Kara said, "The prime minister told me to wait. He promised before the elections that I would be in the government. There are a number of countries that suggested that I advise them on matters of the Middle East."
