As of 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, some some 170 people have been treated by United Hatzalah EMS personnel at the festivities in Meron.
Most of the injuries were falls from heights, light abrasions, contusions, people suffering from smoke inhalation, shortness of breath due to the weather, light and moderate burns, and other cases. The people were treated by EMS crews spread throughout Meron and then brought to the medical clinic set up at the site and operated by United Hatzalah volunteers.
