Kan reported that an Israeli citizen is suspected of smuggling hundreds of thousands of balloons to terrorists in Judea and Samaria while using his citizenship to evade security checks. The Ashkelon Magistrate's Court ordered the release under restrictive conditions, of David Cohen, owner of the "DC Logistics Ltd." company, suspected of importing the balloons and transferring them to a resident of Hebron.
