The official value of the shekel rose an average of .144 percent on Monday against most of the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list.
The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.573, down .056 from Friday, while the Euro declined .213 percent to 3.9871 shekels and the pound sterling was set at 4.5527 shekels, down .368 percent.
