The Polish embassy in Israel denied that embassy staff had maltreated a Herzliya man last week, despite the man's claims to the contrary, and called the man an "attacker."
In a tweet Monday, the embassy said, "Footage from surveillance cameras proves unequivocally that the assailant’s claims about „bad treatment” at the embassy are false. Moreover the attacker knowingly followed the ambassador’s car. We are ready to hand the whole material over to the proper authorities."
