The State Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against an Arab in his twenties who ran down three youths with whom he had quarreled in the Muslim village of Kaukab Abu Al-Hija in the Lower Galilee.
The event took place earlier this month. The boys were lightly and moderately wounded and evacuated to the hospital.
