The State Prosecutor's Office of Taxation and Economics recently filed an indictment with the Tel Aviv District Court against Einat Roth Erdman for theft by an authorized person and money laundering.
The husband of the defendant, Guy Erdman, is charged with possession of suspect property. In addition, the defendants are accused of various offenses against the Income Tax Ordinance that were committed with the intention of evading tax. The case was investigated following the UBS affair.
