Report: Qassem Soleimani met with Iraqi Shiite militias

The Guardian reported that head of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corp's Quds Force, Qassem Soleimani recently met with heads of Shiite militias in Baghdad and told them to "prepare for a proxy war."
