Executive Committee of the Israel Standards Institute decided on the appointment of the Acting Head of Industry, Yoel Bar Gil, to the position of Director of the Israel Standards Institute. the appointment is subject to the approval of the Commission for the appointment of senior government companies.
The institute said that Bar Gil is an Experienced professional who has held various positions in the Standards Institute for 15 years and currently administers most of the employees of the Standards Institute. "At the same time, the Executive Committee decided on an accelerated process to locate and appoint a permanent director for the Institute.
