The German Supreme Court has ordered the ARD broadcasting corporation to broadcast a propaganda piece of a neo-Nazi party.
The party petitioned the court after the corporation refused to broadcast the passage and explained its decision as a policy of not encouraging incitement against foreigners, as expressed in the video.
