A 61-year-old street person has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting a young woman on Bograshov Street in Tel Aviv on Wednesday.
This is the fourth suspect arrested by the police in recent days on suspicion of attacking passers-by for no apparent reason on the street and its environs.
