By a vote of two-to-one, a three-judge panel of the Supreme Court rejected, Thursday, an appeal by the extreme leftist organization Yesh Din against a district court's decision to disclose sensitive information about archaeological excavations in Judea and Samaria.

The justices confirmed the district's decision that the state should not be required to reveal sensitive information on three subjects: the identity of the people and organizations involved in archaeological excavations in Judea and Samaria, the location of the storage of all the archaeological finds found in excavations in Judea and Samaria, and information on the lending of findings found in excavations to third parties.
