A reporter for Globes, Tal Schnieder reported that United Torah Judaism (UTJ) and the Likud have reached an agreement. According to the report, the draft law that passed a year ago will remain untouched just as Liberman is demanding but in return, UTJ wants to pass a new basic law in regards to Torah Study and to legislate a cessation clause into the basic law: Human Dignity.
