Geophysical Institute: The earthquake was had a magnitude of 4.6

The Geophysical Institute reported that the earthquake felt in Israel was a 4.6 magnitude on the Richter scale. The epicenter was at sea between Hadera and Haifa, about 200 kilometers off the Israeli coast.
