Lawyers for the minor accused of killing Palestinian Authority resident Aisha Ar-Rabi near Tapuah Junction called on the State Attorney's Office to withdraw the indictment against the minor, following the opinion by Dr. Chen Kugel, head of the Forensic Institute, that the death of the deceased was not caused by a stone.
The defense attorneys further called for the minor's outright release and for prosecutors not to pursue their appeal of his release to house arrest.
