Tel Aviv is the city that produces the most waste in Israel, 2.6 kilograms per person per day, according to a report by the Adam Teva Vedin Israel Union for Environmental Defense.
In second place is Herzliya, followed by Ashkelon and Rishon Lezion. At the end of the list are Bat-Yam, Kfar Saba, Bnei Brak and Modiin-Maccabim-Reut.
