The Magistrate's Court in Tiberias accepted the Border Police's request and extended the detention of a suspect over the poisoning of the vultures in the Golan Heights by two days.
On Friday police and the Israel Nature and National Parks Protection Authority were dispatched to the scene of an offense in which 8 vultures who died from poisoning were discovered. The investigation led to the arrest of a suspect, a resident of Tuba Zangariya, in his 40s.
