A member of the Givati Brigade's Sabra battalion, who documented in November 2017 hitting a 16-year-old Palestinian Authority boy with his rifle butt in Hevron, was convicted today of causing an injury, according to Channel 13 News.
The soldier was sentenced to 30 days in prison, demotion to the rank of private and probation under a plea bargain. The soldier admitted to the act and expressed remorse for his behavior.
