The legal clinics at the Shaarei Meda Umishpat Academic Center have filed a petition with the Supreme Court against the Government of Israel, the Ministerial Committee to Combat Iran's Nuclear Program, the National Security Council and other bodies, claiming that the government is not complying with the provisions of the Iranian Nuclear Struggle Law.
The petitioners claim that a ministerial committee, which was supposed to be established by virtue of law, which was legislated seven years ago, does not meet regularly and may not even meet at all. The committee was supposed to operate all the inspection and control mechanisms for companies that maintain ties with Iranian entities and prevent them from participating in state tenders.
