Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Abbas Mousavi criticized, Thursday, new United States sanctions against his country, according to Reuters, citing the semi-official ISNA news agency.
Mousavi said, "This US measure is against the international commitments of this regime... It is against international norms ... The United States will be responsible for the caused losses."
