We must continue to change to keep pace with fast-changing reality

Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi of the Israel Defense Forces told the awards ceremony for the President’s Award for Excellence, honoring 120 outstanding soldiers on Thursday, "Reality is changing at a dizzying pace, so we must continue to change."

Kochavi added, "We will do everything possible to adapt ourselves to the current challenges of the battlefield, to the challenges of the future and to strengthen the offensive capabilities of the IDF."
