A memorial service was held Wednesday morning at the headquarters of the Shabak Israel Security Agency for its members who fell during operations and wars. Agency head Nadav Argaman said, "The agency's workers have and will continue to work day and night to safeguard the security of the homeland. Our power is operational, human and technological, the determined belief in the rightness of the path, the ability to carry out the missions quietly and with security, and the understanding that this has a direct impact on the fate of the state. These values were imparted to us by your loved ones, our friends, people of the agency, among the best in the State of Israel, who gave their lives in the difficult battle to protect the home."
Argaman concluded, "We will never forget our comrades and friends for the mission, in whose light we are raising our next generation. We all bow our heads in memory of the fallen of the Israel Security Agency and all the fallen of Israel's security branches."
