The commander of the Southern Command, Major General Hertzi Halevy, spoke at the Memorial Day ceremony in Beer Sheva.
"I hope that Hadar and Oron will be returned in the course of the coming year and that their families will have a grave to stand next to at the next memorial day," he said.
