The Histadrut Labor Federation, the Air France-KLM employees' committee, and the management of the joint French-Dutch company have signed a new collective agreement for all its employees in Israel.
The new agreement includes, a trial period after which the employees will receive tenure in the company. Salary supplements were added for work on Saturdays, nights, special shifts and overtime. In addition, it was determined that they would receive a 13th monthly salary once each year, and there would be increases for expenses, vacation pay and contributions to pensions and other funds.
