Hussein Al-Sheikh, the minister responsible for relations with Israel in the Palestinian Authority, said on Tuesday that distribution $300 million of the $480 million in Qatari money offered to the PA and Gaza will go to Judea and Samaria, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
He said $250 million would be a loan that the Authority would repay, and another $50 million was a grant. The remaining $180 million will be transferred to Gaza.
