Starting at midnight, the Israel Defense Forces will impose a general security closure on the area of Judea and Samaria and the crossings out of Gaza will be closed due to Israel's Memorial Day and 71st Independence Day.
The reopening of the crossings and the lifting of the closure will take place at midnight between Thursday and Friday, subject to the assessment of the situation and normal opening hours of the crossings. During the closure passage over the 1949 Armistice Line will be permitted only for humanitarian, medical and exceptional cases, subject to the approval of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, General Kamil Abu-Rokun.
