The Jerusalem District Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against the Jerusalem District Court against Obeida Alami, a resident of the Beit Hanina neighborhood in northern Jerusalem, for espionage, committing contact with a foreign agent and acting on terrorist property.
The prosecution seeks to have him under remand until the end of proceedings.
