Member of Knesset Yair Lapid (Blue and White) said, Thursday morning, "It is not enough for them that the blood of the Jews is crying out of Polish soil, so now we have received more proof that in Poland there are anti-Semitic forces who dare to raise their heads, while we commemorate Holocaust Remembrance Day in Israel."
He was responding to a bill in Poland that will prevent the demand for Polish property that has no heirs, in order to prevent Jews from claiming ownership of assets that were stolen from them during the Holocaust. Lapid added, "The Israeli government must demand that the Polish government shelve this disgrace."
