Former president of Colombia Juan Manuel Santos, winner of the 2016 Nobel Peace Prize, has told a radio station in his country, "The Israeli government has passed a law that treats Palestinians like they did Jews in Germany in the 1930s," according to News 13.
He was speaking in the context of his recognition of a Palestinian state.
