Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu referred to the anti-Semitic cartoon published in The New York Times.
"The publication of caricatures of hate to Israel undermines the legitimacy of the Jewish state," Netanyahu said at the opening ceremony of Holocaust Remembrance Day events.
