Police arrested two men suspected of setting fire to a vehicle on Neve Shalom Street in Netanya last month. One of the suspects is the former spouse of the 19-year-old vehicle owner.
The two arrived on a motorcycle with a plastic tag covering the license plates to prevent identification. The prosecution is expected to indict them.
