US national security adviser John Bolton said on Tuesday that three key members of the Venezuelan leadership had called on President Nicolas Maduro to step down in favor of opposition leader Juan Guaido.
Bolton specifically mentioned Vladimir Padrino, Venezuela's minister of defense, as well as the chief judge of the country's Supreme Court and the commander of presidential guard.
