In response to an old request by Israel to Germany two years ago during an investigation into the submarine case asking to question suspects in Berlin and after repeated requests from Israel that went unanswered, two weeks ago Israel received a German reply that it has agreed to carry out the procedure.
According to the report in the coming days, there will be discussions in the State Prosecutor's Office as to whether to go to Berlin.
