Kan reported that the head of the Mossad, Yossi Cohen, is the official who arranged Israel's participation in the Expo 2020 in Dubai.
According to the report, Cohen has been in contact with senior officials in the UAE in order to warm relations between the two countries, despite the fact that there are no diplomatic ties between them.
