In preparation for Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Day, the Central Bureau of Statistics reported on Tuesday that at the end of 2017, there were 212,300 Holocaust survivors in Israel.
It was also reported that at the end of 2017 there were 14.6 million Jews in the world - two million less than the number recorded on the eve of World War II.
