'When I said that Israel is an apartheid state, I meant the West Bank'

Refering to Judea and Samaria, outgoing French Ambassador to the United States Gérard Araud has responded to the reprimand to which the French ambassador in Israel was summoned by saying, "When I said that Israel is an apartheid state, I meant the West Bank."
