Chairman Oded Revivi of the Efrat council, who holds the foreign relations portfolio at the Yesha Council of Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, has congratulated Minister of Tourism Yariv Levin on his decision to grant financial aid to anyone who wants to build a hotel in Judea and Samaria.
Revivi said, "The establishment of hotels in Judea and Samaria will allow more and more tourists from Israel and around the world to come and visit places that are the land of the Bible. The unmediated encounter between the settlers and the tourists, together with the connection to Jewish history and roots, will be the first step to building an army of ambassadors who will visit here and know about the Cave of the Patriarchs, Rachel's Tomb, the sanctuary in Shilo and the Herodian. They will also see good neighborliness between Jews and Arabs. They will see that not every day is a war and that there is no apartheid like they are trying to sell to them. Tourism in Judea and Samaria will be the true and Zionist answer to BDS and boycotters."
