A 65-year-old woman who was attacked yesterday on King David Street in Lod, died of her wounds at Shamir Hospital.
Police arrested a 45-year-old man, the woman's son, on suspicion of assaulting her. He is currently being brought for a hearing on extending his remand in the Rishon Letzion Magistrate's Court.
